What you get

A homeowner asks us for a perc test or septic soil evaluation. We verify the request by phone: real person, real parcel, correct county, project type, and timeline. You see an anonymized summary first: county, project type, parcel status, timing. If it fits your book, you accept, the homeowner approves your firm by name, and we work the visit onto your calendar. Only then do you get their contact details, and the request goes to no one else.

What it costs

• $75 per booked appointment during the founding pilot. After your third delivered appointment the standard rate of $100 applies.
• $25 reserves a founding slot. It's credited in full against your first appointment, and refunded automatically if we don't deliver one within 30 days.
• Nothing else. No listing fee, no membership, no subscription, no auto-reload, no percentage of your fee, ever. Stop anytime.

What counts as a booked appointment

• Homeowner-initiated request: they came to us; we never cold-call homeowners.
• Phone-verified: name, working phone number, county in your service area, project type, and timeline confirmed by a real conversation.
• The homeowner approved your firm by name before we shared anything.
• Exclusive: sold to your firm only. A declined request may go to one backup firm.

Credit rules

Full credit, no argument, if a delivered appointment is a duplicate of a customer you've worked with in the last 90 days, outside the geography or services you told us you cover, has an invalid contact number, wasn't authorized by the property decision-maker, or the homeowner denies making the request. No credit merely because the parcel fails, the homeowner doesn't hire you after the visit, or the project stalls. The appointment is the product.

Why we're doing this

Virginia moved nearly all evaluation work to the private market, but there's no good way for a homeowner to find out who actually answers the phone and takes residential work. We run a directory of every licensed evaluator in 14 states, and we're starting appointment routing in the Shenandoah Valley. Founding firms are limited to a small number per county, because every request routes to one firm.

Get a founding slot

Email hello@findperctest.com with your firm name, license number, and the counties you serve, or say yes when we call. We'll confirm the terms above in writing and send a payment link for the $25 founding deposit. We don't take card numbers by phone.

Fees are fixed marketing fees for appointment scheduling. They are never a commission, referral percentage, or share of your professional fee. Licenses are verified against the Virginia DPOR registry before routing.
